The intention for all my work is to promote showings of a series – group. Before they are displayed in public, I will sand the paintings’ finish coats and apply the last additions – deletions to the works. At this point, new finish coats will be applied, the paintings documented in great detail, placed in their frames and wrapped for travel to the gallery or public space. And, I will be done with the group. The journey is completed. Yings and Yangs await their concluding moments, bold gestures, as do I.
