The 2001 Klamath Project water shutoff created an interest in Anders to present information on the entire Klamath River Watershed history and the water movements of the Southwest that started in the 1900’s. Events do not happen by themselves, they are part of a flow of sequences, one leading to another because of various reasons – multiple causation.
